The North Texas Council for International Visitors
The North Texas Council for International Visitors (NTCIV) is a non-profit organization of local volunteers working with the U.S. State Department to host foreign visitors. The visitors come to the North Texas area under the auspices of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
The Council has been promoting public diplomacy for more than 50 years. The visitors are emerging leaders in their field who have been selected by embassy officials overseas.
