History
1998 – GlobeWebDesign started in Sacramento California working primarily on static websites for small businesses.
2000 – Changed its name into Amerosoft, providing Contract Services to large Corporate Clients.
2002 – Having a broader perspective and establishing new strategic partnerships with American and European partners, the company became Amerogroup International, expanding its services into business consulting and recruiting services. Amerosoft brand is an still active component of the company.
2004 – Provided IT Contract & Corporate Recruiting Services to large Corporate Clients
2005 – Developed its own proprietary Applicant Tracking System for Recruiting Agencies
2006 – Partnered with Local Media Group and developed the world’s most advanced bidding system for moving services www.amerimovers.com
2006 – Founded Ameromedia and became a full service agency providing Brand and Strategic Marketing Consulting, Event Marketing, Business Promotions, PR and Social Media Marketing and more.
2008 – Developed LasColinasOnline.com
2010 – In light of Web2 and Web3 the company has restructured all departments and domains into Ameromedia offering the complete range of advertising and web design & development solutions to small & mid-size businesses. Amerosoft and Amerogroup International are still active components within the company.

Adina has a Bachelor Degree in Marketing from Economic Academy in Bucharest, Romania, and has an international career for over 10 years, as a publicist, entrepreneur and visual artist. She speaks English, French, Spanish, Italian and Romanian. Her promotional focus and client base include all things of interest to her including visual arts, music, books, restaurants, health, travel and more.
Marcel Cicort – is a multi-lingual IT expert with 19 years experience in the global market working for companies such as EDS, Delta Dental, McKesson Corp, BRD, CitiFinancial Auto, CitiMortgage, CitiCapital and Citigroup Inc. His expertise extends to IT Infrastructure & Operations, Web Development, Business Analysis, Project Management and IT Recruiting. He has worked with an impressive pool of professionals from different cultures, diverse backgrounds, and has managed teams on projects performed locally, remotely or offshore.
Since 1998 he is also an independent IT business advisor helping entrepreneurs around the globe to increase their productivity by developing web oriented software and visual solutions.
